What Does this sperm Test Result Mean?

here is my husband sperm analysis....volume 1 ml,ph 8,sperm count 130 million/cc,consistency -viscous,liquification absent at the end of 30 min,sperm morphology normal 92%,wbc count:960/cumm ,agglutination present,cellular debris and epithelial cells present,motility 50% .
Give me your opinion how much he is capable for being a father

Your husband has recently had a semen analysis. From these results your husband does have enough sperm and they are mobile enough to be all considered normal. The only thing that is abnormal is that he may have a prostate infection. This should not interfere with fertility but he may want to be seen by his doctor for treatment of the prostatitis. In my opinion he is very capable of becoming a father.
